JOB SUMMARY:
This is a developmental position within the Equity and Inclusion office, providing the fellow with exposure to the reentry program and support of the corresponding coalition in the City of Frederick. The Fellow will perform reentry research, observation, and general related duties under the direction and in support of the Manager of Equity and Inclusion. The position is designed to help the fellow experience working in the public sector and to apply the theory and skills they have learned in the academic environment and to enhance their professional development.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
