Business Analyst - Policy Governance

Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with a financial services client in Wilmington, DE. This hybrid position will be flexible for 1-3 days in the office, 3 days preferred (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Summary:

- Detailed analysis of procedures, technology, and strategy.
- Planning and coordination of onboarding of end client data.
- Detailed fund accounting policies and procedures.
- Operations policies and procedures.
- Development consultants will provide technology best practices, automation, and code execution as required.
- 12-15 years of experience
- Financial experience required
- At least an undergraduate university degree
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
