Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated BU General Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
- Sales Leadership: Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives, set targets, and support the sales team in achieving their goals
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships
- RMR and Installation Growth: Drive revenue growth through increased Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) and installation services
- Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff members
- Culture Building: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and excellence
- Community Engagement: Represent the company as a community leader, participating in industry events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress towards business objectives and identify areas for improvement
- Budget Management: Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and optimizing profitability
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, suppliers, and other relevant organizations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or management role
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the security industry and familiarity with local market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
