Description/Job Summary

The Building People, LLC has an open position open for an Asset Management Lead The selected candidate will lead a team of Property Management and Asset Specialists who will manage, coordinate, and execute various asset management functions in accordance with local policies and procedures.

  • Oversee daily operations of inventory processes.
  • Manage Inventory Management Specialists work and oversee performance. Work with PBM and ISTS to ensure sufficient project resources.
  • Conduct quality control checks on data entry.
  • Continuously assess inventory processes and reassign workloads as needed. Informs PBM of challenges and delays as necessary.
  • Conduct email outreach to all Headquarter employees to verify the barcode of their assigned assets.
  • Manage four (4) Inventory Management Specialists

Required Experience

  • Ability to supervise, motivate and organize staff.
  • Two (2) years' experience supervising inventory or property management specialists. Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.
  • Two (2) years' experience with managing large spreadsheets and databases in Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to pass a security background investigation
