DSA is searching for an XACTA DEVELOPER to support our EPA Customer.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Information Security and Privacy promotes Agency-wide cooperation in managing risks and protecting EPA information in harmony with mission accomplishment. It defines clear, comprehensive, and enterprise-wide information security and privacy strategies, including the Program mission, vision, goals, objectives and performance measures.
This role offers Innovative and challenging work that will allow someone to grow and be a part of modernizing Xacta, be a part of a dynamic team, work remotely, passion for supporting Federal programs that serve US Citizens.
This is a full-time role with 8 hours daily, including customer core hours of 9-5pm.
The location is remote. Commutable to DC for equipment/badges
Possible travel expected to DC Client site/DSA office for badging/equipment.
Requirements for the Xacta Developer are:
- US CITIZENSHIP
- Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8 years' relevant experience. May substitute security certification (e.g. CISSP) for 2 years of experience.
- Four (4) or more years' experience with Telos Xacta IA Manager or a similar GRC tool e.g., CSAM, RSA Archer, etc.).
- Advanced understanding of scripting languages (perl, velocity, UNIX scripting, javascript, etc.).
- Understanding of major GRC security regulations/assessment processes (NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, ISO 27001 and related primary security regulations).
- Written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Experience applying, analyzing, and assessing information systems and security controls (NIST SP800-53, Revision 4)
Duties include but not limited to:
- The Xacta Developer will advise on customer development requests and provide level of efforts (LOE).
- Duties include providing development support in response to Telos Xacta (or other GRC tool) customer requests for: Custom workflow creation, modification
- Custom report generation
- Project Modification Support
- General Troubleshooting
- Integration with other solutions
- Attend requirements meetings and daily scrum meetings.
