WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG's Loyalty & Subscriptions business is scaling rapidly. And, we're now looking to add a key role to help accelerate the next level of growth. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will work with BCG consulting teams to deliver high-impact analyses that inform Loyalty program design and optimization. Furthermore, you'll work closely with topic leadership to enable business development and client delivery excellence through definition of Loyalty best practices, methods, and tooling.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical and insight skills. You'll need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair, identifying gaps in our analytical toolkit and consulting arsenal. And, you should be great network builder, building your personal brand and reputation to drive demand for your Loyalty expertise offers across BCG's global teams.

As a Loyalty & Subscriptions expert, you will augment consulting teams on casework and proposals. You'll conduct in-depth analyses of client Loyalty & Subscription programs to identify opportunities to drive loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value - bringing strong ROI analysis and business case skills define the size of the prize. And, you'll play a fundamental role In productizing consulting playbooks and analytical methods to enable at scale delivery across BCG.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Collaborating with consumer Insights, marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement loyalty initiatives
  • Conducting comprehensive customer and commercial analysis to assess loyalty performance - including customer engagement, and financial impact
  • Researching emerging innovations Impacting customer loyalty and engagement
  • Developing loyalty program strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Developing the ROI model and business case for loyalty program Improvements
  • Managing currency or a loyalty P&L
  • Preparing and presenting leadership reports on the performance of loyalty programs, including insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Supporting Loyalty partnerships negotiations and management
  • Nice to have: multi-partner experience, especially points conversions.
  • Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 3-6+ experience working for a leading Loyalty Program in strategy & planning strongly preferred, 1-2+ years of Loyalty consulting experience; candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum Loyalty program experience required.
  • Strong financial analysis, ROI modelling and business case development skills (in context of Loyalty Programs)
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.

BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA's business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
