Candidates for this position should possess expertise in facility and system maintenance procedures, with strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, welding, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical operations. You should be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.
