JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understanding of the BICES-X procurement process.
- Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.
- Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
- Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized.
- Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasing.
- Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related logistics work experience.
- BA/BS - may substitute additional years of experience.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
- Possess an active secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs
- Experience communicating with multiple vendors and project managers.
- Experience with data entry (SC360), Accounting Systems and SharePoint
