JOB DUTIES

  • Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
  • Clean and dry floors to avoid slip/fall accidents.
  • Perform other duties as requested, such as moving supplies and equipment, cleaning up spills, etc.
  • Assist the chefs prepare food plates for functions as necessary
  • Operate all equipment assigned to you safely and as designed.
  • Keep all pots, pans and large cooking utensils clean by washing in large double sinks, utilizing proper cleaning procedures as set by Hilton standards.
  • Transport wares from dishwashing area and kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean, dry and safe pot washing area and kitchen.
  • Cleans kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work
  • Sweeps, mops and cleans kitchen floors and drains.
  • Returns equipment to its proper location.
  • Cleans shelving and storage areas.
  • Dispose of all waste and recycling to outside dumpster.
  • Turning off equipment after service is complete or as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

VISION: Constantly required to see up close and ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to see distances.
