This position is located inAberdeen, MD but is supporting a team that has individuals from the Upper Peninsula all the way down to central Indiana and Ohio!

Providing employees a great experience from day 1- including leading theonboardingexperience
Collaborate withTalent Acquisitionteam to ensure the best candidates are brought into the team
Partnering with community organizationsto establish Gordon Food Service as a community leader
Guide leaders within the organization aroundworkforce planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary issues
Act asliaisonfor employees and departments such as benefits, leave management, compensation, learning and development, and more
All kinds of otherspecial projects!

Does this look like you?
Bachelors Degree preferred
At least 2 years working in a Human Resources setting
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience in desktop applications (Google tools, MS Office or equivalent), including spreadsheets, presentations, word processing tools, mail and calendars required
