• Travel to South Pasadena Fair Oaks, Sierra Madre and Claremont Locations as needed

Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM
• Select Fridays: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

As an Orthodontic Sterilization and Records Technician at Wu Orthodontics, you will play a vital role in ensuring that children have a lifetime of beautiful smiles! Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, maintaining OSHA quality standards.
• Enter patient information accurately into permanent dental records.
• Assist with taking dental x-rays as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the dental team with back-office duties as required.

Key Skills:

• Working knowledge and experience with dental digital charting.
• Back office dental experience; sterilization and orthodontic experience are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to grow professionally.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a dental or orthodontic office, specifically with sterilization and x-ray procedures.
• Certification in dental radiography required
• OSHA Certification Required
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and dental office protocols.
