Overview

R&P is looking for a Business and Financial Management (BFM) professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We are recruiting a Senior BFM to support the management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.

Responsibilities
    Provide support for overall management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.
  • Support government execution and compliance of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycles
  • Support Financial Management Reviews, Execution Reviews, Comptroller data requests and initiatives, Audit Readiness and Compliance, and other similar data calls, to oversee compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements, using current software or web enabled processes to complete the reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or high school diploma with over 10 years of professional experience leading a complex and high value financial team, including 5 years recent DoD/Navy financial management
  • Specialized Experience: 10+ years of DoD Navy ACAT 1 financial management leadership
  • Certification preferred (not required): DAWIA Level III BFM Certification Industry equivalent; Additional certifcations in PM and Cost
  • Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Salary
