You will perform duties vital to solve technical problems within the infrastructure and user base. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, via e-mail, or in person. You will provide computer hardware/software support by configuring, installing, and/or maintaining systems and networks used in classified environments consisting of network devices, MS Windows/Linux servers and workstations, and a diverse set of operational end-users.
