Overview

The NetSuite Financial System Administrator is a position that supports a rapidly expanding US-based global organization and their wholly owned international subsidiaries. This role is a key contributor to the finance team, identifying opportunities to improve internal process efficiencies, provide analytical insights, and ensure that processes scale to meet the needs of the business.

The scope of work will include administering all accounting systems, assisting with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems as well as external portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Additional responsibilities include leading technical process improvement projects, gathering business requirements, setting, and adhering to timelines and developing user training materials. As the finance team point of contact, this role will collaborate with the Dragos IT team on systems security and compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Manages the mapping of Dragos systems with NetSuite, including Avalara, Concur, Mavenlink, Salesforce, and UKG UltiPro. Plays a supportive role regarding system integrations.
  • Responsible for managing and trouble-shooting system workflows, approval hierarchies and routing rules, currently handled through a SuiteApp.
  • Provides technical support and training for all NetSuite users.
  • Builds custom reports and saved searches to support the needs of Finance and FP&A teams, and to fulfill audit requests.
  • Identifies opportunities to utilize NetSuite to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality of financial reporting.
  • Creates documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides, including the translation of business requirements into user and functional requirements.

Qualifications

  • In-depth expertise with NetSuite, including proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports. Familiar with NetSuite dashboard; can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
  • Experience with multi-currency subsidiary structure, intercompany transactions, eliminations and reporting.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ARM module, including item configuration, fair value price records, FV formulas and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of administration and integration with Avalara, Concur, Mavenlink, Salesforce, Unanet, UKG Ultipro.
  • Ability to support data import and migration processes.
  • Workflow experience required; must be able to create and troubleshoot system routing rules.
  • Ability to create, maintain and troubleshoot custom scripts
