JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Technology is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various FOX businesses around security, collaboration, identity, and other miscellaneous technology projects. You will also have Business Analyst responsibilities to gather and document requirements for new and existing services. This person will work closely with the Cyber Security, Enterprise Technology and Project Management teams to ensure deliver on critical business initiatives.

Our technology team is responsible for building out/supporting SaaS solutions used by all divisions of our workforce. The team works on a wide variety of projects, solving existing problems and enabling new business objectives. We are growing our group by extending our technology team to continue building and improving on underlying elements of our systems: from 3rd party integrations, to SSO, to shared service development and instrumentation. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect, deploy, secure, and administer various SaaS applications/environments
  • Implement and support Okta IAM solutions, and directory integrations with AD/Azure
  • Take hand-off of problems from SME leads and work them independently to root cause
  • Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment
  • Partner with Architects, Engineers, and Operations individuals across a variety of services and infrastructure organizations to resolve issues, provide technical feedback, and contribute to the overall architecture direction
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
  • Work with Tier 1,2 and 3 technical support to identify and resolve issues for supported user base
  • Serve as a technical expert in the area of system administration for supported platforms and SaaS cloud technologies
  • Assist with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes and applications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in technology
  • Strong technical knowledge of and experience with Identity Federation processes and cloud platforms, including Okta, Azure Active Directory, AWS AD Integration
  • Strong general knowledge of Identity & Access Management security best practices, and experience implementing and maintaining security standards for enterprise Active Directory environments
  • Understanding of APIs, Scripting, SAML, PowerShell, Authentication Protocols, etc.
  • Experience with SEIM, CrowdStrike, Tanium and other security technologies
  • Proficient with Mac and Windows
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
  • Excellent client service delivery with a focus on the end user experience
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • The ability to manage specific tasks as projects both independently and as directed by management

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-162,500.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
