The optimal candidate is someone with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and has knowledge or experience in several of the following areas: - Working with CM tools - Creating and maintaining configuration baselines for development, test, and production environments - Developing and/or refining CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental, test, and operational systems - Implementing the CM discipline for the entire life cycle of the system from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life - Performing change control and configuration audits Degree in Information Technology (IT) is preferred. Pay: Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $34,121 - $153,354 (Entry/Developmental, Full Performance, Senior) Salary range varies by work level and relevant experience to the position. On the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
