Position: Systems Engineer - 3144
Location: Remote/Dulles, VA
Salary Range: $165-$170K
Clearance: Secret (Refer to Required Skills)

Job Description:
KeyLogic is supporting a proprietary customer contract to deliver technical support to customer management and providing technical services to enable customer mission accomplishment.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Assists with the technical design for architecture, responsible for overall code quality ensuring a highly available and recoverable environment
* Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions
* Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies
* Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.

Qualifications:
* U.S. Citizenship
* Active Secret clearance. Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
* Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
* Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in infrastructure as Code and Pipeline in a Box
* Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
* Experience with gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling
* Ability to create Pipeline in a Box (PiaB) platform features that substantially increased effectiveness and efficiency of Agile practice for programs using Agile/ Devops based metrics visualizations and dashboards.
* Ability to designed and develop metrics for PiaB team taking into consideration all the intricacies of using in various programs.
* Minimum 2+ Years of experience with IaC and PiaB
* Eight (8) or more years of software development experience required.
* Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting

Desired Skills:
* Experience and/or familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, and Continuous Development / Continuous Integration concepts, and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, NiFi, AWS, JIRA, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Junit, JMeter and/or Cucumber
* Technical understanding of cybersecurity attack techniques and associated mitigation techniques

Required Education:
BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, OR Computer Systems Engineering. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.

Desired Certifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP)- PMI
* Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)- ISACA
* ITIL Foundation v4 Certified or willing to complete one year from hire
* DODI 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level I
