As a Profit Center Leader for Pullman, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business development strategy to grow our union business, and subsequently provide operational leadership to this business to include management of the division P&L, safety, project teams, and resource leveling, to name a few. You will partner with other Company leaders to formulate operational business strategies, establish goals and implement solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to create and maintain a culture and environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, modeling our Company Operating Principles.


Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this strategic leadership position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study
  • 10+ years of sales experience selling construction services across various markets (Commercial, Industrial/Power, and Public)
  • Possess strong relationships within the restoration marketplace including owners, engineers, and property managers
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the management processes involved in building and operating a construction services branch office including overall P&L, estimating/business development, operations, resource mgmt, etc.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of team selling techniques utilizing multiple departments and individuals to create compelling sales events for our customers
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
