IDS is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to support a construction security effort. This role will be based in Bahrain and is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact regarding security on the construction site
• Serve as the designated lead for construction site security and primary point of contact for coordinating and overseeing all facets of site-specific security for the project
• Implement all aspects of the Construction Security Plans (CSP)
• Maintain direct contact with the COR

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and Special Instructions governing construction surveillance functions, in accordance with the ICD 705, the DoD 5105.22-M-Volumes 1, 2, 3.
• Experience overseeing security integrity of a construction site
• Experience documenting security violations or deviations from CSPs
• Experience implementing procedures to deny unauthorized site access

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
