The Site Lead is responsible to the KO, COR and the installation force protection officer for the scheduling, supervision, and other direction and control of all contractor security personnel at that location. The Site Lead is the planning and operational linkage between the Government and the Contractor for all contracted security functions.

• Shall be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing unless otherwise outlined at the task order level.
• Prior experience with personnel leadership/management as a military officer, warrant officer, senior non-commissioned officer or senior Law Enforcement Official with at least six (6) years of experience. Military must have achieved the paygrade of (E7 [NATO Code OR-7/OF-2] or higher). If prior military, must have received an honorable discharge as verified by a DD Form-214 (U.S. Military) or comparable document.
• Shall possess an active DOD Secret Security Clearance
• Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
