Position Description Summary: | The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks full-time, academic primary care physicians to join our Division of General Internal Medicine (Department of Medicine). Join a passionate, tight-knit group of dedicated clinician-educators in downtown Washington, DC! These non-tenure-track faculty appointments will be made at a rank of Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor commensurate with experience. |
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: | Responsibilities include teaching medical students and/or residents and may include providing care in our dedicated weight management clinic. |
Minimum Qualifications: | Applicants must be ABIM certified or board eligible and licensed in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have a record of providing high-quality, high-value, evidence- and team-based patient care, outstanding teaching, and scholarly productivity with a dedication to professional growth. |
Advertised Salary: | Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. |
